Job Summary
We are recruiting an Immunisation Administrative School Support to assist our Immunisation and Vaccination Team in delivering the Flu Vaccination programme in schools and community settings.
Key Responsibilities
* Support nurse‑led immunisation sessions in schools and community settings.
* Handle telephone calls from parents/carers and communicate with schools.
* Assist team members with collecting, transporting and managing vaccines and equipment.
* Coordinate scheduling and logistics for school visits.
* Maintain accurate records and complete all clerical and administrative duties related to the Immunisation Service.
* Follow all safety measures, complete risk assessments, and adhere to policy and procedures.
Requirements
* Working experience in an administrative role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Must hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle for travel to schools.
* Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.
Qualifications
* Experience working in teams.
* Proven track record of delivery to tight deadlines.
* Experience working with school‑aged children.
* Previous experience with nasal flu delivery in schools.
