We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our automotive service team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing excellent service, accurate information, and support throughout the vehicle repair and maintenance process. You will work closely with technicians, manage service bookings, and ensure every customer receives a smooth and positive experience. The ideal candidate will bring strong mechanical understanding, excellent communication skills, and confidence in handling cash transactions. Key Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and efficiently for service appointments Listen to customer concerns and accurately record vehicle issues Clearly explain recommended repairs and maintenance options Upsell additional products and services that enhance vehicle safety and performance Prepare accurate cost estimates and communicate them effectively Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain financial records Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business Keep organised records of service transactions and customer interactions Promote customer loyalty through professional communication and service excellence Requirements Experience in a similar role within the automotive industry or related field (preferred) Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour Ability to upsell services in a helpful, customer-first manner Competent cash-handling skills with strong attention to accuracy Highly organised with strong multitasking abilities Clear and confident communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Full driving licence Please apply with your CV if you are interested
