We're looking for a hard working and friendly individual to join our popular Café here at The Gardening Club at Hare Hatch. This is a great opportunity to be part of a welcoming, community-focused cafe, which is soon undergoing renewal.
About the Role:
You'll be doing an array of duties, including:
* Preparing hot drinks for our customers and taking customer orders.
* Serving food to customers with a smile.
* Maintaining cleanliness by ensuring clean tables, work surfaces and working back of house to ensure clean crockery is always available.
You'll also help with:
* Support the cooks with any prep.
* Maintaining a clean and safe environment.
* Working alternate weekends as part of a rota
* Supporting a small, friendly team with a hands-on attitude
About You:
We're after people who:
* Have experience in a customer service setting
* Are reliable, organised, and happy to muck in
* Work well with others and bring a positive attitude
* Understand the important of food safety and hygiene.
The Gardening Club Hare Hatch is on an exciting journey and we're growing. We're a friendly bunch, plus, the hours are sociable, with no evening work required.
