Software Development Team Leader
Location: Flexible
Your Role:
You will work as part of the team to provide C#, MVC, ASP.Net, ASP.Net Core, and SQL development services and support to existing business solutions and technologies. Support the team as it transitions to Azure. Ensure core applications and strategies are aligned. Lead a team of Software Developers and fulfill team leadership duties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain application and reporting systems/solutions
* Develop and maintain data routines for maintenance, migration, and interfacing
* Develop and maintain core database structures and technologies
* Test system components
* Provide implementation and post-implementation support
* Fix bugs and develop enhancements
* Support application systems and resolve incidents promptly
* Adhere to quality standards and development methods
* Gain in-depth knowledge of key business database, reporting, and application systems
* Lead a team of supervisors — mentoring, coaching, tracking KPIs
Key Skills / Experience Required:
* Experience in MVC C# Development
* Experience in ASP.Net C# Development
* Experience in ASP.Net Core C# Development
* Experience with REST APIs
* Experience in React Development
* Experience in Microsoft SQL development or similar roles
* Hands-on experience with MS SQL
* Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
* Knowledge of Terraform
* Knowledge of containerization with Docker and Kubernetes
* Knowledge in Azure App Service
* Knowledge in Azure Logic Apps
