Position: Account Executive

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000

Location: Par, Cornwall

Job Type: Full-time, 8am – 5pm


About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction levels while identifying new opportunities to enhance our services. We are looking for a commercially minded Account Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong relationship-building skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to think on their feet.


Key Responsibilities

* Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
* Sales & Business Growth: Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell innovative solutions.
* Inbound & Outbound Communication: Handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls, engaging with both existing and potential customers.
* Problem-Solving: Address client concerns efficiently, providing swift and effective resolutions.
* Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Performance & Reporting: Track key account metrics and provide insights to improve client experience and business growth.
* Customer Focus: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering tailored solutions that align with their goals.


Key Skills & Experience

* Experience in telesales and customer-facing roles, with a track record of achieving targets.
* Experience working with high-spend and low-spend accounts.
* Strong commercial awareness and the ability to spot business opportunities.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to think quickly and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
* Confidence in handling both inbound and outbound client interactions.
* A proactive mindset with a focus on delivering measurable results.
