The Opportunity
We require 5 experienced Modular Joiners to join our client on a large contract, refubishing 5 bay Modular Units.
About the role
5 Multi Skilled Modular Joiners URGENTLY required to join a forward thinking Modular/Offsite business based in the York area.
The main duties will be:
* Using various joinery tools
* Reading joinery construction drawings
* Erecting stud timber walls
* Marking up timber walls
* Stripping and replacing floors
* 1st and 2nd Fix joinery duties
* Plaster Boarding
* Window and Door fitting
Qualifications/and or Experience
* Minimum 2 years 1st and 2nd fix joinery experience
* Ideally NVQ level 2 or 3 in Joinery and Carpentry
* Strong Attention to Detail
* The ability to work under pressure
* Can work as part of a team.
* Can work if needed alone and unsupervised
* Ideally Modular Construction Experience
* Punctual, Reliable and a Hard Worker
