The Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of our business operations. This is a key position within the organisation, responsible for ensuring processes run smoothly, teams are aligned, and operational objectives are delivered efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

As an Operations Coordinator, you will:

* Support daily operational activities across departments
* Coordinate internal processes to ensure efficiency and consistency
* Monitor performance metrics and prepare operational reports
* Liaise with different teams to align priorities and deadlines
* Assist with scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow planning
* Identify process improvements and implement best practices
* Maintain accurate documentation and operational records
* Support senior management with administrative and operational tasks

You will play a central role in keeping teams organised, informed, and operating effectively.
