Pay: £90 – £100 per day
Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm (term-time only)

This role is perfect for someone who wants to support young people with their learning and development, while building a career in education.
What the role involves:
* Working alongside teachers to support students in lessons across KS3 and KS4
* Providing 1:1 and small group interventions for pupils who need extra help
* Assisting with classroom management and ensuring a positive learning environment
* Encouraging confidence, motivation, and independence in students
What we’re looking for:
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A positive, resilient and empathetic attitude
* Good literacy and numeracy skills (GCSE level or above)
* Previous experience working with young people is beneficial but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
