Due to additional contracts and expanding business Ross's Garage Ltd are looking for permanent Control Room Operators to join our team.
This role will include dayshifts, backshifts and weekends on rotation.
Applicant must be able to pass a police vetting check.
The successful applicants will be based at our main control room in Milton of Clava, Culloden Moor, Inverness .(your own transport is a necessity as unfortunately no public transport is available).
The role include Liaising with Customers, Work Providers, Colleagues and many others, Route Planning, General office duties including Microsoft office suite and training will be given on bespoke software
For the right candidate we can offer flexibility with a competitve weekly rate of pay and annual holiday allowance as per contractual hours.
Call Centre experience, local or industy knowlage would be an advantage and reflected in rate of pay offered.
