Here at Newvision, we have a new and exciting opportunity for a new member to join our ever-expanding team. We are looking for a Business development manager with experience within the security industry to join our team and help grow our business.

Duties
We seek a highly motivated and results-driven business development manager to join our team. As a business development manager, you will be responsible for generating new business and meeting sales targets.
Day-to-day includes:
- Strategically hunt for new business strategies and tactics to sell the company's products and services.
- Building and maintaining solid relationships with new and existing clients
- Chasing leads and follow-up opportunities
-Understand competitor activity, ensuring you are offering customers the best solutions
-Manage customer pricing, quotations, and terms to protect margins while driving sales forward.
- Conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations to new and existing customers
- Negotiating new contracts and closing deals
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
- Providing excellent customer service and support
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven track record in sales and achieving targets
-Strong work ethic and a passion for exploring new opportunities to help grow the business
- Ability to make decisions and work to tight deadlines
- Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce, for managing customer relationships
- Previous experience in the security industry, as well as dealing with the construction industry, would be an advantage but is not essential.
- Able to travel to sites up and down the country if and when required to meet with site contacts.
- CSCS Card holder would be an advantage but not essential.
- Full clean driving license
- Have a in depth knowledge of Linked In (as we generate a lot of our client from this platform and have a large presents)
