Premises Manager 37 Hours, 52 weeks a year, 26 days annual leave - Salary WSCC Grade 11 (£41,481-£44,428 dependent on experience) We are looking to appoint a Premises Manager to manage and complement the work of our existing site team. The successful candidate will be required to ensure that the schools extensive grounds and buildings are maintained and operated to the highest possible standard, with a particular focus on maintenance and improvement projects across the school. To be responsible for the Health and Safety and Compliance of the site, ensuring the internal and external fabric of the premises are safe and secure for all users.
