Job Role: Business Support Coordinator Pay: £13.50 - £14.00 per hour DOE Hours: Flexible between 8:30am–5:30pm Monday to Thursday and 9:00am–15:00pm Friday (minimum 30 hours per week) Holiday: Pro-rata 31 days including Bank Holidays Frontline Recruitment is recruiting for a Business Support Coordinator to join a well-established engineering and manufacturing business. This is a varied role supporting the day-to-day running of the business, covering office administration, sales support, shipping and export administration, purchasing support, accounts administration, and support to the Managing Director. About You * Previous administration experience ideally with engineering/manufacturing business. * Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. * Confident with basic maths and calculations, including percentages, dimensions, quantities, and checking invoices and orders. * Comfortable communicating with customers, suppliers, and freight companies. * Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. * Able to manage multiple tasks and work independently. * Enjoys working in a small business environment where no two days are the same.
