We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Culinary Specialist. The Culinary Specialist will be responsible for creating delicious meals while adhering to food safety standards and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Duties
* Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menus.
* Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
* Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
* Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.
* Participate in menu planning and development, providing input based on culinary trends and guest feedback.
* Serve meals to guests when required, ensuring presentation meets the restaurant's standards.

Pay: £7.55-£12.21 per hour
