About the Role
Kara Healthcare is seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead the operations of our Nursing Home based in Wellingborough. This is a pivotal role where you will ensure the delivery of exceptional, person-centred care for all residents, including those living with dementia. You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage and support a team of healthcare professionals, and ensure that all care services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
You will play a key role in developing and reviewing individualised care plans, maintaining regulatory compliance, and fostering a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for both residents and staff.
About You
We are looking for a compassionate, motivated leader with a strong background in elderly care. You should have experience managing care teams in nursing home or assisted living settings and be passionate about delivering high-quality, dignified care.
Key skills and experience include:
* Proven experience in a management or supervisory role within a care home or similar setting
* In-depth knowledge of elderly and dementia care best practices
* Excellent leadership and team management abilities
* Ability to build effective care plans and oversee their implementation
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Thorough understanding of CQC regulations and compliance standards
* Ability to prioritise, problem-solve, and remain calm under pressure
