An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Domiciliary Care Branch Manager based in the Weymouth, Dorset area. The role requires a track record of growing a domiciliary care business and driving standards to achieve a CQC overall rating of Outstanding. You will be working for one of the UK’s leading health care providers.
**Structure: Independent, family‑run organisation dedicated to providing quality person‑centred care to people living in their own homes and residential homes.**
Must have: a minimum NVQ Level 4/5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent and previous experience within a domiciliary care setting is essential.
Responsibilities
* Be responsible for the day‑to‑day running of the Branch
* Build the customer base
* Create an environment that attracts and retains high‑quality staff, contributing to effective team working
* Maintain CQC compliance in line with CQC standards
* Liaise with healthcare professionals to understand best practice within the industry
* Liaise with senior management and deliver KPIs as required
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
* Excellent business acumen with a strong desire to develop and grow the service
* Comprehensive knowledge of CQC standards
* Good leadership skills and effective communication
* Full UK driving licence / car owner
