As a Partner Operations Manager, you will help build and support our evolving partner ecosystem—working with Digital Agencies, Solution Partners, and Technology Providers across key areas such as Accessibility, SEO, Content Quality, Analytics, Performance, and Compliance.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring partners are set up for long-term success through effective onboarding, enablement, training, and ongoing engagement. Your work will help deepen partner capability and investment in the Siteimprove platform, ultimately driving mutual growth and impact for our customers.
By understanding our partners’ service offerings and aligning them with Siteimprove’s capabilities, you’ll act as a strategic enabler and connector, ensuring our partners are equipped to deliver measurable results.

What you will be doing
* Develop, maintain, and deliver scalable partner enablement programs, including both self-service and instructor-led content.
* Lead onboarding and readiness for new partners across Siteimprove’s ecosystem, including Digital Agencies, Solution Partners, and Technology Partners.
* Collaborate with Product Management to ensure partner enablement materials are aligned with product capabilities and roadmap.
* Track and measure partner engagement across enablement initiatives—such as certifications, platform usage, and advanced specializations.
* Act as a point of escalation for partner-related support or process issues, working closely with Customer Support and internal teams.
* Maintain a strong understanding of the Siteimprove platform and roadmap and communicate relevant updates to internal and external stakeholders.
* Share partner feedback, best practices, and platform insights to influence the ongoing evolution of the partner experience.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Professional Services to drive consistency in how we support and grow with our partners.
* Manage program and referral partners, including:
* Certification and tiering frameworks
* Self-serve enablement materials
* Partner training programs
* Referral partner onboarding and engagement
* Streamline referral processes by:
* Enabling frictionless referral submissions and payout workflows
* Supporting Sales by guiding in-deal influencers through SI incentives and available partner resources
What we will require of you
* 5 years of SaaS experience, with at least 4 years in partner enablement, partner programs, customer success, technical pre-sales, or a related role.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, including comfort leading group training or enablement sessions.
* Strong planning, organization, and project management capabilities.
* Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
* Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
* A self-starter mindset and a passion for enabling others to succeed.
* Travel as needed

At Siteimprove, we typically offer salaries that fall between the minimum and midpoint of the range. The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors, including work location, relevant knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.
