About The Job
We are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Manager to lead a team of professionals within our joint UCC and AV division. In this role, you will work with the existing sales team to promote and sell a portfolio of audio visual, collaboration and unified communication products, services and solutions. You’ll lead the team to increase our trading breadth into new customers and work to increase the depth of products sold into our existing trading base. Working with the General Manager and Business Managers within the division you will ensure that new strategic vendors are launched successfully and that vendor business plans are executed upon. You will work to deliver agreed market shares into the managed customer base.
What your role as an Internal Account Manager will involve:
1. Promote and sell products and services to end customers using expert knowledge, ensuring revenue and profit targets are met.
2. Manage a team of experienced professionals, setting sales goals, sales targets and objectives to achieve operational results.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and vendors inc’ external travel when required.
