What You'll Do
* Run and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, YouTube, and Google to drive lead generation for webinars and events, managing large budgets.
* Monitor performance daily, adjusting budgets to maximise ROI.
* Experiment with creatives, audiences, copy, and landing pages.
* Improve funnels to boost conversion rates from clicks to registrations to event attendance.
* Create and test engaging lead magnets that attract potential customers.
* Analyse performance data, report insights clearly, and recommend improvements.
* Identify winning campaigns and scale them effectively.
* Collaborate closely with copy and design teams to enhance results.

* Cost per Acquisition (CPA)
* Click-Through Rate (CTR)

* Landing Page Conversion Rate

You're Right for This If You
