The Role
We are seeking an experienced Drylining Design Manager to lead and manage the design process across multiple high-value commercial fit-out schemes.
This is a key role within the business, responsible for ensuring technical compliance, coordination and high-quality delivery from pre-construction through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full drylining design process
* Coordinate with architects, consultants and main contractors
* Review and manage technical drawings and specifications
* Oversee design development to ensure buildability and compliance
* Attend design and coordination meetings
* Provide technical support to project and site teams
* Ensure programmes and deadlines are achieved
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Design Manager within drylining / drywall
* Strong knowledge of CAT A & CAT B commercial fit-out projects
* Experience working with Tier 1 main contractors
* Excellent technical and coordination skills
* Strong communication and leadership ability
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
