⭐ What You’ll Do
Make outbound calls to warm and potential customers
Handle inbound calls and customer email enquiries
Promote our high-speed broadband services
Close sales and smash targets (with commission!)
Build great relationships with customers
What We’re Looking For
Experience in sales or a contact centre role
Confident, engaging phone manner
Professional under pressure
Comfortable using Microsoft Office + CRM systems
Driven, energetic, and target-focused
Telecoms experience would be desirable
