The Role
The Demand Generation Marketing Manager is responsible for creating and implementing innovative campaigns that generate leads, nurture prospects, and drive revenue growth for RM’s Technology business lines. This role is part of the Go-to-Market Operations team, working closely with Sales, Account Management, Service Delivery, and Product Management to ensure campaign alignment with RM Technology’s goals. Although the primary focus is on Connectivity and VoIP, the role may encompass other business lines to support lead generation for RM’s sales functions.
Responsibilities
* Designing, planning, managing, and optimizing integrated outbound and digital campaigns across multiple channels to generate pipeline in one or more business lines.
* Collaborating with the creative team to develop campaign assets such as landing pages, email templates, and social media content, aligned with brand guidelines and optimized for conversion.
* Executing email and marketing automation campaigns to maximize interaction and conversion.
* Monitoring industry trends and experimenting with new techniques to challenge current practices.
* Working with customer-facing teams to understand buyer and influencer challenges and behaviors.
* Using data and analytics to monitor, measure against KPIs, report, and improve campaign performance.
* Coordinating with the Go-to-Market operations lead for tracking, reporting, and lead management from marketing to sales.
* Training and supporting the sales team to ensure successful campaign nurturing and conversion to revenue.
Skills and Experience
* Proven experience in demand generation marketing, preferably in a B2B technology environment.
* Ability to develop demand generation plans and execute creative campaigns across email, social advertising, SEM, and paid digital channels.
* Experience in data-driven decision-making and campaign analysis.
* Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
* Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as DotDigital and CRM systems.

Qualifications
Degree-level qualifications or equivalent experience, preferably in a related field.
