We collaborate with various SEN and Alternative Provision Settings to enlist teaching assistants for long-term positions in schools and day-to-day bookings. As part of your responsibilities, you will be tasked with providing personal care, assisting with educational activities, and supporting the overall well-being of students with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD). The desired PMLD Teaching Assistant will possess: - Experience in providing personal care and supporting students with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD), preferably in a school setting. - A DBS Check, or readiness to undergo a DBS check. - A compassionate and patient approach towards supporting students with complex needs. - Dedication and commitment to fostering student well-being and progress. - Strong adaptability skills to cater to varying student needs and learning styles. - A proactive stance towards their profession and responsibilities. - Able to provide a minimum of 2 professional references.
