Selling Sales Manager – Subaru North Walsham

With nearly 20 years of trusted service in Norfolk and a reputation for integrity, customer care, and delivering an exceptional ownership experience, we are now seeking a hands-on, results-driven Selling Sales Manager to lead from the front and help us grow this new addition to the company.
This is not just a management role — it's a chance to be at the forefront of re-establishing Subaru in Norfolk, combining leadership with personal sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Actively retail new and used vehicles, setting the standard in customer experience while achieving personal sales targets.
* Lead, coach, and motivate a small sales team to deliver consistent performance and exceptional service.
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to establish Subaru in the local market and grow our share.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with both retail and business customers.
* Oversee used car preparation and presentation, ensuring stock meets the high standards associated with our brand.
* Monitor sales metrics, produce accurate forecasts, and report regularly to senior management.
* Collaborate with our marketing team to maximise showroom activity, digital campaigns, and local events.
* Resolve customer concerns swiftly and professionally, ensuring long-term loyalty and repeat business.

* Proven track record in sales, ideally in a management or senior sales role.
* Strong leadership with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop others.

* Commercial awareness, able to analyse sales performance and adjust strategy quickly.
* Confident with digital tools, CRM systems, and the modern retail journey.
* Most importantly: someone who pro-actively wants to sell cars and lead by example, not just manage from the sidelines.
