NHS England is seeking Enterprise Architects to support one of the most ambitious digital transformation programmes. You’ll play a key role in developing the models, standards and architectural approaches that underpin the NHS 10-Year Plan, ensuring systems and services work together to improve outcomes for the public patients and staff. As an Enterprise Architect, you’ll work across programmes, teams and organisations to bring clarity to complexity, helping define how business, data, digital and service capabilities evolve nationally. You’ll collaborate with architects across the health and care system, contribute to the development of our enterprise architecture practice, and support the creation of a modern, interoperable technology landscape. If successful at interview, we will initiate an Inter Authority Transfer (IAT) via the Electronic Staff Record (ESR). This retrieves key data from your current or previous NHS employer to support onboarding, including competency status, Continuous Service Dates (CSD), and annual leave entitlement. The post of Enterprise Architect has been awarded a Recruitment and Retention Premia (RRP) in response to current labour market conditions.
