*This role requires weekly attendance at our Kirkby Lonsdale office. We're looking for local candidates from Lancashire or Manchester who are comfortable with the commute.
This isn’t a 9 – 5pm position, heading into a big corporate office with shiny windows – think mature startup, with an established brand, great products and a well-oiled team.
We are looking for entrepreneurial minded people, who can motivate themselves and bring great ideas to the team.
What you will be doing:
You'll develop and execute content strategies that directly support our marketing objectives, whilst managing the complete content production process - from initial planning and filming through to editing and posting across all platforms.
Community engagement is crucial - you'll actively build relationships with followers and brand advocates, respond to all interactions, and use analytics to continuously optimise performance.
You will be expected to craft compelling narratives that authentically reflect our brand voice and stay ahead of digital trends (whilst helping us develop our own distinctive style that others want to follow).
Additional responsibilities include building and managing creator partnerships, capturing content at events from community level to international, and collaborating on concept development and art direction for photoshoots and campaigns.
Who are you?
We need someone with 2+ years' proven experience in social media content creation and strategy, particularly on TikTok, with strong video editing skills using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and CapCut.
You're both strategic and data-driven - able to develop content strategies and use analytics to optimise performance. As a proactive self-starter, you thrive with fast turnarounds and short deadlines, whilst being a collaborative team player who works effectively across departments in our supportive and progressive environment.
Blendsmiths operates under the Unique Drinks umbrella alongside numerous other brands. You'll need to be comfortable working across multiple sub-brands, understanding their different audiences and distinct visual styles to effectively market each one.
This role requires adaptability and the ability to switch between brand voices whilst maintaining
the quality and consistency expected across our entire portfolio. This dynamic role will evolve as we grow. Perfect for someone wanting to make an impact in a creative environment with multiple projects running simultaneously.
Qualifications
* Qualifications in Marketing, Social Media ideal but not a requirement.
Skills and Experience
* Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva and CapCut.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* An understanding of operational and business needs.
* Excellent attention to detail and time management.
* Strong collaboration, team communication – our team is vibrant, fun and energetic.
* Passionate or keenly interested in the food and beverage space.
You are an effective and efficient worker who doesn’t need someone over their shoulder telling them what to do. Attention to detail is everything, you need to be somebody who cares about things being great.
