Our client is seeking a Commerical Director to play a pivotal role in driving their revenue growth and market presence. As a business they deliver best in class workplaces and services.
As Commercial Director you will lead on all the commercial aspects related to property acquisition, lease negotiations and space optimisation. This role requires a someone to have a strong network and industry relationships in the central London office market and a proven ability to drive strategic initiatives that maximise value of their assets.
This would suit an office agent who is Associate Partner/Director level and thinking about making their first clientside move.
We are looking for candidates with a strong focus on leasing transactions, and/or tenant rep. Experience in Central London markets is highly desirable.
