Job Title: Letting Negotiator

About Us:
We are a dynamic, customer-focused estate agency specializing in residential lettings. Our goal is to provide exceptional service to both landlords and tenants, ensuring smooth and successful tenancies.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and personable Lettings Negotiator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse residential portfolio, liaising with landlords and tenants, and ensuring the efficient letting of properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants and guide them through the process.

• Negotiate tenancy terms between landlords and tenants to reach mutually beneficial agreements.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with both landlords and tenants, acting as a key point of contact.

• Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed.

• Handle tenancy renewals, terminations, and ensure compliance with current rental regulations.

• Provide administrative support, including drafting tenancy agreements, maintaining accurate records, and processing applications.

• Keep up-to-date with market trends and local regulations to advise clients effectively.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Previous experience in a lettings or estate agency role is essential.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.

• A customer-focused approach, with a passion for delivering great service.

• Knowledge of residential lettings regulations and compliance.

• A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
