The Role:
Lead and manage the on-site Hygiene team, ensuring all cleaning and hygiene operations meet required standards
Maintain and update hygiene documentation, cleaning instructions, risk assessments, and schedules to meet BRC and customer requirements
Deliver training and awareness sessions for hygiene and waste-handling staff
The Candidate:
Experience within a managerial position within a food or FMCG manufacturing business
Strong understanding of BRC standards, customer audits, and compliance documentation
