Interim Procurement Manager, Corporate Services - Public Sector Procurement Rate: £525 per day (Umbrella, Inside IR35) Client: Major Public Sector organisation Location: Hybrid working and 50% in office in London Duration: ASAP to 18th December 2026 An opportunity for an experienced Procurement Manager to join a major public sector organisation delivering complex, high-profile procurement activity across Corporate Services and Social Impact programmes. This role sits within a strategic procurement function and will lead end-to-end commercial activity across a varied services portfolio, supporting category delivery from concept through to procurement execution and governance approval. The Role: Leading complex pre-contract procurement activity from strategy through to award Designing and delivering compliant routes to market Developing tender documentation and managing evaluation processes Drafting and securing approval of governance papers Partnering with senior stakeholders across business functions Applying market insight and commercial thinking to shape sourcing options Supporting commercial delivery across a wider services portfolio when required Requirements: Strong public sector procurement background Proven expertise in pre-contract procurement, tendering and evaluation Experience producing governance and approval papers Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills Ability to use market intelligence and commercial insight creatively If you have a track record delivering high-value, complex procurement projects in the public sector, this could be an excellent next role.
