About the Role
Due to our ongoing growth and expansion, we are looking for talented individuals to join us as an Accounts Assistant. This role offers opportunities across our processing teams within our Finance Shared Service Centre, supporting our nationwide network of retailers. You will be part of a dynamic team focused on growth and development, playing an integral role in the finance chain, including processing invoices, allocating payments, handling purchase inquiries, balancing reconciliations, and credit control.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with dealerships, customers, and suppliers to ensure seamless communication
* Resolve queries from stakeholders proactively to maintain high customer satisfaction
* Process invoices accurately according to company policies
* Conduct statement reconciliations for financial accuracy
* Post daily payments, process BACS runs, and perform bank reconciliations
* Use Receipts tool to record and track receipts and payments
* Opportunity to undertake AAT, ACCA, or CIMA qualifications
Candidate Requirements
* Passion for a career in Accounts; no prior experience required
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel
