Annual salary: up to £40,000.00 Office Manager Livingston Permanent, Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday Salary up to £40,000 per annum About the role: We are looking at hiring a Office Manager to join our team in Livingston. The main role will be to ensure the FM Head office, and the Helpdesk team within, are operated at a high standard, delivering best in class customer service whilst supporting efficiency and productivity across the FM Business. The Office Manager will need a proven ability to create positive productive relationships with multiple stakeholders across Mears Group whilst creating an environment of trust and respect by embracing Mears red thread values. Providing key support to the local Contract Manager and able to support business critical functions. Key Criteria: Experience within a similar role Experience of managing a team within a customer service, business administration or Helpdesk environment Experience of partnership/alliance/ collaborative working Experience of working in a repairs and maintenance environment Experience of budget management Experience of devising and delivering staff training, applying learning and behavioural change theories Experience of managing and handling conflict resolution.
