What We’re Looking For
* Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
* Experience working within an early years or nursery setting.
* Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
* Confident in safeguarding, behaviour management, and child development practices.
* Warm, positive communicator with a genuine passion for supporting young learners.
* Ability to work full-time, all year round.

Key Responsibilities
* Support children’s learning and development through engaging, age-appropriate activities.
* Build strong, trusting relationships with children and families.
* Maintain a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment indoors and outdoors.
* Observe, assess, and record children’s progress in line with EYFS guidelines.
* Collaborate closely with your team to deliver outstanding childcare and education.
* Contribute to planning, creative play setups, and daily routines.
