FEMALE FLOATING SUPPORT WORKER

We deliver specifically tailored support for every individual we work with.
As a valued member of our team, the Female Floating Support Worker helps deliver quality-of-life for people with disabilities, supporting service users to reach their full potential. You will help ensure care is high quality, person-centred, and tailored to each individual\'s needs and lifestyle. You will work from a care plan to provide day-to-day living support, which may include personal care, meal preparation, housekeeping, emotional support, social interaction, and community activity participation.
Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, person-centred care tailored to each individual\'s care plan.
* Support day-to-day living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, housekeeping, emotional support, social activities, and community outings.
* Maintain a safe, well-maintained environment for those we support.
Interview Process

This is a wonderfully varied role where you will build genuine relationships with the people you care for. You do not need prior experience to join as a Support Worker with Walsingham Support; we provide all the training required.
