Job Title: Customer Liaison Officer Location: Birmingham Contract: Temp to Perm Pay Rate: £17–£18 per hour About the Role We are currently seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Liaison Officer to join our team on a contract based in Birmingham. As a key point of contact between residents and the site team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring clear communication, resolving concerns, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction throughout project works.
