Corporate Solicitor - Tunbridge Wells, Kent (hybrid - 2 days per week in the office)
Leading Kent law firm with a well established corporate and commercial team, are currently looking to recruit a mid to senior level lawyer into this team.
The role will be to work predominantly on corporate transactional matters, M&A etc.... in one of the most highly ranked teams in the South East. Therefore quality of work and clients is exceptional.
The firm offer a friendly and inclusive culture, there are lots of social and charitable events always happening, and the office is impressive yet informal and welcoming. They also offer hybrid working (just 2 days per week in the office) and lots of flexibility and the prospects are fantastic.
Applications are welcome from qualified Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executives who have some solid corporate and M&A experience. As you will join at associate or senior associate level then it is anticipated that you will have at least 2 years PQE in corporate transactional work.
