Driver Hire Darlington are looking for professional and reliable Class 1 (C+E) HGV Drivers to join our team for a range of assignments across the Darlington region. Work is available immediately, with both ad‑hoc shifts and ongoing placements depending on your preference and experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
You may be involved in:
1. Trunking work to regional depots
2. Local and distance deliveries
3. Curtainsider, box, container, or fridge work depending on the client
4. Completing paperwork and following site procedures professionally
What We’re Looking For
5. Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
6. Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
7. A minimum of 1 year Class 1 driving experience (preferred)
8. Good communication skills and a positive attitude
9. A commitment to safe driving and excellent customer service
