Job Title: Care Assistant
Two vacancies available
Salary: £20,105 to £20,420 per annum (based on 30 hours)
Hours: 19.25 to 30 hours per week
Location: Howbury House, Pickersleigh Grove, Malvern

Howbury House is a 32-bed residential home for people who need care and support and are living with dementia. We are registered with the Care Quality Commission. We are increasing our staffing levels on a permanent basis and have various jobs available. We are looking for enthusiastic, caring people to join our team to enhance the lives of our residents.
Responsibilities
* Listen and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
* Work as part of a team and also use own initiative when needed.
* Be caring, compassionate and motivated.
* Understand the rights and needs of older people and treat residents with dignity and respect as individuals.
About the Role
We are an established team of dedicated staff and are looking for caring people to share our commitment to provide the best care for our residents and to share our passion and vision for the service we provide.
Care Assistants – Hours: 19.25 to 30 hours per week. The shift pattern includes 07:30–15:30, 15:30–22:00, 08:00–21:00 and some shorter shifts of 08:00–13:00, 17:00–21:00 (primarily for part-time posts).
All vacancies include alternate weekends and bank holiday working.
