Manpower Recruitment are looking for a Full Time Permanent, Chef De Partie in a Brand-new restaurant opening in Cheltenham January 2026!
This is a Part-Time role, on average working 25hrs per week and working 5/7 days and would need flexibility to work Weekends, Evenings and Mornings. Mainly having Monday and Tuesday off.
The role is paying up to £13-14ph depending on experience.
**The ideal candidate would have experience working with Burgers or similar background
1. Kitchen is operational between 10am-10pm
2. Car parking close to Restaurant
Overall Objective:
To prepare, cook and serve meals (mainly Burgers) that meet the standards set by the Head Chef.
Essential Job Functions Food Production
3. Helps create, prepare, and cook the assigned dishes as per recipe specification.
4. Participate in the development and design of seasonal menus.
5. Assess all dishes before leaving kitchen for taste, presentation, and food quality.
6. Control food cost with minimum wastage including correct food preparation and handling of leftover food items.
7. Ensure safety and security is always adhered to.
8. Maintains personal tidy appearance and works in a hygienic manner.
9. Keeps control of his/her responsible station and report low stock levels to shift supervisor.
10. Be fully aware of all health, safety and security issues associated with work area.
11. To understand and be aware at all times of food costs and percentages and understand how daily departmental costs influence profit and loss results.
12. Ensure minimum wastage by correctly handling surplus food after service.
