Influencer Marketing Executive Lead

Full-time (Monday Friday, 8:00 to 4:30)

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented PR & Influencer Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is a blend of hands-on press office activity and strategic influencer marketing, designed to grow PURESEOULs brand awareness and deepen our cultural relevance in the UK market.
Key Responsibilities
Influencer Campaign Management
Lead influencer partnerships from end-to-end from product seeding and gifting to paid collaborations. You will brief campaigns, manage deliverables, and report on results across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Partnership Negotiation
Build and manage relationships with influencers, agencies, and external partners. You will negotiate contracts, budgets, and timelines to ensure favourable agreements for PURESEOUL.
Press Support
Handle press requests and media enquiries. You will also write and distribute press releases, trend alerts, and brand updates to journalists.
Product Mailers & Launches
Oversee new launch send-outs and large-scale gifting campaigns, ranging from 100 to 1,000 recipients. You will also support PR activations, product events, and influencer experiences.
Database & Community Building
Maintain and update PURESEOULs influencer and media databases. You will nurture relationships with creators at all levels, from nano-influencers to high-profile talent, ensuring long-term advocacy.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Monitor campaign KPIs such as engagement, EMV, and conversions. You will provide weekly and monthly updates, highlighting insights and learnings for the wider business.
Budget & Administration
Manage purchase orders, track spend, and ensure budgets remain on target. You will also coordinate invoices, payments, and stock levels across campaigns.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with social, brand, and global teams to ensure influencer and PR activity is fully integrated into wider marketing campaigns.
Team Support & Mentorship
Support junior team members and interns, guiding them on administrative tasks and helping them grow in their roles.
Who You Are
Experienced in PR & Influencer Marketing
You have 2+ years of relevant experience with a strong understanding of both media relations and influencer partnerships.
Data-Driven & Results-Oriented
You're confident using influencer and PR tools, and you know how to turn campaign data into actionable insights.
A Strong Communicator
You write and speak with clarity, whether drafting press materials or negotiating with partners.
Highly Organised
You thrive on juggling multiple projects, balancing deadlines, and keeping budgets on track.
Commercially Savvy
You understand the business side of influencer marketing and can confidently negotiate value-driven partnerships.
