Account Executive
Tewkesbury
£30K - £45K DOE
We’re looking for a dynamic Account Executive to join our client’s team in Tewkesbury. If you’re passionate about commercial insurance and enjoy working directly with clients, this could be your next adventure!
What You’ll Do:
* Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and ensuring they're always confident in their coverage.
* Create personalised insurance plans aligned with clients’ businesses and goals.
* Work collaboratively and closely with our team to provide seamless service and support.
* Stay updated on commercial insurance trends to offer the best advice.
What We’re Looking For:
* At least 3 years in a customer-facing role, ideally in commercial insurance.
* Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and services.
* A keen interest in business and business leadership.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* A self-starter who effectively manages time and takes initiative.
* Someone who thrives in a collaborative, service-focused environment.

Benefits:
* Holiday: 25 day plus bank holidays. There is an additional option of 2 additional days, if 1 day is worked between Christmas Day and the New Year
