💷 Salary: £25,000 + OTE £31,000

What You'll Do
1. Recruitment: Match the right people to the right roles through sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
2. Client Management: Partner with managers to deliver exceptional service, provide regular performance updates, and ensure client satisfaction.
3. Compliance: Keep standards high through monthly quality audits and adherence to all company, legal, and health & safety requirements.
4. Support Workers: Be a trusted point of contact, offering advice and guidance to ensure temporary workers feel valued and supported.
What We're Looking For
✅ At least 6 months' experience in account management or recruitment
✅ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
✅ Strong IT and administration abilities
✅ Confidence handling employee relations (disciplinary/grievance)
✅ A resilient, solutions-focused professional who thrives under pressure
