Job Description:
As a Graduate Process Engineer, you will:
* Play a key role in supporting production and project teams across the plant.
* You’ll gain hands-on experience in process optimisation, continuous improvement, and technical problem-solving.
* Responsibilities will include monitoring processes, analysing performance data, supporting improvement projects, and creating Standard Operating Procedures.
* The Graduate Process Engineer will also have exposure to lean manufacturing techniques and Six Sigma methodology, working alongside senior engineers and managers to deliver real impact.

Skills & Experience:
* Degree (BEng, MEng, or MSc) in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work both independently and within a team
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Interest in lean manufacturing or Six Sigma (desirable but not essential)
* Enthusiasm to learn and take ownership of tasks
