Fleet Sales/Delivery Coordinator - Automotive
Toowoomba Ford are seeking a Fleet Sales Consultant/Delivery Coordinator to join the team working across our New Cars & Fleet Sales teams.

The person we seek will preferably have experience in the motor industry and be willing to learn new tasks key to this role.

To become the newest member of our Toowoomba Ford team, you will:
* Ensure the Sales Process is followed from Lead Management through to completed deal packs, understanding the process and the value of each step
* Establish and maintain good working relationships with all departments – Finance and Insurance, Car Care, Fleet
* Create engaging, connecting and memorable moments with our guests
* Strive to meet and exceed monthly sales targets
* See the Customer Relationship Management as a high priority
* Have a strong customer focus and ability to work hard to meet the needs and requirements of our guests
* Hold a process driven mindset and a strong desire to be a high achiever with an attitude driven to succeed
Must haves:
* Ability to meet KPI’s and targets
* Excellent negotiation and closing skills
* Have a valid driver’s license
* Sales experience in any industry will be highly regarded
