*Duties*
* Cut, colour, and style hair according to client preferences and current trends
* Offer personalised consultations to recommend suitable hairstyles and treatments
* Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the salon environment
* Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
* Mentor junior staff or apprentices, sharing expertise in hairdressing techniques and customer care
* Assist with store management tasks when required, ensuring smooth daily operations
* Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills and personalised service
*Skills*
* Proven experience in hairdressing/ barbering
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
* Knowledge of store management principles and retail upselling techniques
* Ability to mentor junior team members and foster a positive team environment
* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work
* Proficient xsngvjr in front desk operations including appointment booking and client record management
* Strong communication skills to ensure clear understanding of client needs and preferences
