Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Milton Keynes for a Client Services & Operations Associate. The individual will manage client communications, address inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt, effective service. The Client Services & Operations Associate supports key client relationships, sales operations, and internal coordination to ensure smooth customer experiences. This role involves sales order processing, project coordination, account growth, training delivery, marketing assistance, and system management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and eager to grow into a full account management position.


Skills Required

* Strong customer service and client relationship skills
* Sales order processing and invoicing accuracy
* Ability to verify purchase orders, quotes, and supporting documentation
* Experience with CRM / ERP systems, especially D365
* Quoting, proposal support, and RFP / RFI coordination
* Account management and account growth support
* Upselling and commercial awareness
* Project coordination and cross-functional collaboration
* Training delivery and client onboarding
* Post-implementation support and user guidance
* Marketing support, lead follow-up, and event participation
* Strong communication and stakeholder management
* Attention to detail and accurate record keeping
* Ability to manage KPIs, pipeline activity, and reporting
* Coordination of software updates and hardware deliveries
* Understanding of quality systems, compliance, and traceability
* Willingness to travel to customer sites in the UK and internationally
* Full UK driving licence and ability to travel by car
* Eagerness to learn, develop, and grow into account management

You are an energetic, highly organised self-starter who can juggle multiple projects and deadlines and is comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels.

With a keen eye for detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills, you understand how to build strong customer relationships.

You are customer-focused and proactive, with a natural ability to solve problems and deliver a high level of service.

You are adaptable and flexible, able to manage changing priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

You work well both independently and as part of a team, showing initiative and confidence in your approach.

You have strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

You are commercially aware, able to identify opportunities to support account growth and add value to clients.

You are eager to learn and develop, with a desire to grow into a more senior or account management role.
