Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Milton Keynes for a Client Services & Operations Associate. The individual will manage client communications, address inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt, effective service. The Client Services & Operations Associate supports key client relationships, sales operations, and internal coordination to ensure smooth customer experiences. This role involves sales order processing, project coordination, account growth, training delivery, marketing assistance, and system management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and eager to grow into a full account management position.
Skills Required

* Sales order processing and invoicing accuracy
* Ability to verify purchase orders, quotes, and supporting documentation
* Experience with CRM / ERP systems, especially D365
* Quoting, proposal support, and RFP / RFI coordination
