Recruitment Consultant – Education (Primary)

£25,000 – £30,000 + bonus scheme!

What you’ll be doing:
* Leading Futures’ work in Yorkshire across Primary Teaching and Support Staff
* Building and deepening relationships with schools, MATs, and trusts—ensuring cultural fit, capability, and continuity.
* Partnering with clients to design recruitment & consultancy solutions, temporary and permanent support.
* Mentoring, developing and inspiring a team of consultants, guiding them to deliver high-quality placements and advisory work if experienced enough
* Working with speed & empathy: delivering results under tight timelines without compromising on inclusion or quality.
What were looking for:
* Already operating at consultant, senior consultant / managing consultant / principal consultant level, ideally with experience in education recruitment.
* Deep empathy for schools; you “speak the language” of education stakeholders.
* A relationship-builder: able to influence senior leadership, understand sector pressures (budgets, inclusion, leadership gaps), and deliver what clients need.
* Strategically sharp: you see the possibilities, identify opportunities, and convert them into action.
* Committed to people-first impact: focus on long-term results, not just ticking boxes.
