* Reports to: Renewals Team Leader
* Hours of work: 9-5.30
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-focused Renewals Specialist to join our team and help drive customer retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth. In this role, you’ll manage the end-to-end contract renewal process, acting as a key contact for clients and working closely with internal teams to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and a smooth customer experience. You’ll identify upsell opportunities, maintain accurate renewal records, and support continuous improvement in our managed service offerings.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and track contract renewals, ensuring timely communication and seamless client experience.
* Build strong client relationships, acting as their main point of contact during the renewal process.
* Prepare, present, and negotiate renewal proposals, aligning service terms and pricing to client needs.
* Identify upsell opportunities and work with internal teams to maximise customer value and revenue.
* Stay informed on industry trends to promote new and enhanced services to clients.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, legal, technical, billing, and offboarding teams to ensure accuracy and compliance throughout the renewal lifecycle.
* Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions, contract terms, and renewal activity.

Qualifications
What We Need From You
* A solid foundation in English and Maths.
* Experience in contract renewals, customer relationship management, or within the MSP/IT services sector (preferred).
* A good understanding of managed services, IT solutions, and emerging technology trends.
* Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills and a customer-first mindset.
* A collaborative approach – you’ll work closely with teams across the business.
* Sharp analytical thinking with a knack for solving problems quickly and effectively.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail – you’ll be juggling multiple priorities.
* Awareness of contract compliance and data privacy legislation (nice to have).
* Results-oriented – you thrive on hitting KPIs and driving customer retention and revenue growth.
