About the Role Purpose: The primary purpose of the Project Manager is to prove strong leadership capability in both project execution and people management whilst providing problem solving expertise and thoughtful insight to our clients in line with our company goals and values. Additionally, the team lead will be accountable for managing, mentoring and empowering a team of talented multi-disciplined engineers and technical professionals with varying experiences and backgrounds to provide continually high standards, valuable output and to support long term team / individual personal development and carer progression. Objective: The Project Manager will proactively demonstrate and deploy suitable project management skills to ensure timely delivery quality output, aligned with client expectations and scope of work, within the agreed budget and schedule to provide and maintain client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Manage and lead a multi-disciplined integrity project team to ensure efficient delivery of all integrity activities, ensuring safe and efficient operations in-line with all client requirements and state regulation. Lead in the delivery of contractual terms and conditions and service provision to the client. Provide the Operations Manager with progress updates in relation to allocated work scopes, and identification of potential areas of improvement and initiatives to improve our client service offering. Directly liaise with clients to develop fit for purpose procedures and maintaining a positive working relationship, taking a proactive approach to addressing client queries to ensure smooth end-to-end communication and close out. Oversee, coordinate and review the development, application, and management of risk-based inspection strategies for pressure systems, structural & marine inspection requirements. Ensure ongoing inspection reviews and integrity assessments are carried out to a high standard and the subsequent update of RBIs are carried out in a timely manner. Management of the anomaly process ensuring compliance with client procedures, the communication of risk and appropriate response. Oversee and review defect assessments, fitness for service and remaining life assessments, as part of the anomaly management process. Lead integrity-related Failure Investigations and Root Cause Analyses. Oversee, coordinate and review Pressure Systems Integrity Statements and annual integrity reports for each site. Manage contract budgets, allocation of resources, and project time writing including 3 rd parties, when applicable. Participate and provide information, where necessary, for audits and HSE visits. Coordinate 3rd party vendors and provide scopes of work where required. Prepare technical, progress and management reports when required. Participate in the preparation of proposals and the development of CTRs. People Management: Responsible for mentorship and development of the team, monitoring performance, capability and development for all direct reports to maintain a high performing culture. Set clear expectations and objectives for all direct reports. In conjunction with the People department, maintain and manage the team s workforce and succession plan to enable individual potential and progression. Develop and maintain excellent client relationships. Facilitate all team meetings in line with IMRANDD s meeting schedule Collaborate and interact with the wider management team. Maintain a positive workplace culture and high-performing team. Project Reporting & Compliance: Ensure compliance with all (company and client) health, safety, environment and quality policies. Comply with all IMRANDD reporting requirements (such as Mavenlink). Understand and comply with any project / client specific reporting as required Implement where necessary, appropriate levels of reporting and control to provide the information necessary to deliver work undertaken. QHSE: Ensure a safe workplace environment without risk to health and wellbeing. Adhere to and actively contribute to the application and continual improvement of IMRANDD s management system. Ensure all relevant QHSE-policies and regulations within service delivery are adhered to, maintained and regularly reviewed. Ensure that all business is conducted in compliance with IMRANDD legal policies and standards. Take a proactive approach to continuous improvement and development of the company s systems and processes. Essential Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 5 years experience in Integrity Management, in addition to engineering degree in Mechanical or appropriate engineering discipline. Demonstrated project management experience and capability. Basic knowledge of; corrosion, welding and materials, inspection techniques, process engineering and production chemistry. Working knowledge of common CMMS such as SAP / Maximo. Working knowledge of automated anomaly management systems such as ONE Integrity / ACET / COABIS. Experience within the Oil & Gas or Energy industries in a role which had a primary technical function requiring the provision of integrity management services preferably with oil/gas terminals, platforms or pipeline systems. Awareness of mechanical, process and pipeline engineering discipline skills. Skilled in the interpretation and application of international, national, group & local standards and codes of practice. Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a multi-disciplinary team. Proficient in HSE management principles and its application. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry guidance & best practices. Working knowledge of MS office products including SharePoint. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies and initiatives. Additional Skills / Capabilities: The ability to work unsupervised and apply autonomy in an effective manner, maintaining good work prioritisation and time management capability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities. A sound understanding of the safety and commercial impact of engineering decisions on an operated asset. Clear understanding of statistical analysis & decision support.
