Role Summary
The Sales Apprentice will assist the sales and operations team and will provide support through a range of tasks as outlined daily.
This role would suit someone who is self-motivated, highly organised, and proactive, who can work to deadlines and who enjoys being a valued member of the team.
Please note this is an apprenticeship position and you'll be required to study for the NVQ Business Administrator Level 3.
What you’ll be doing
1. Work closely with the sales teams to provide support and manage daily order activities.
2. Handle queries related to sales in a prompt and professional manner.
3. Provide a consistently high level of customer service to clients.
4. Assist with recording data and creating reports.
5. Assisting sales team with customer requisitions, sourcing materials and building quotations
6. Entering sales orders
7. Liaising with Warehouse.
8. Additional / ad hoc duties as required to meet the needs of the business.
