JOB TITLE: Residential Property Lawyer
PQE: 2+ PQE
LOCATION: Norfolk
SALARY: GBP Dependent on experience
The Role:
You'll be managing a broad and varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including:
- Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
- Re:mortgages
- Transfers of equity
- Daily liaison with clients, agents, and third parties to ensure a seamless process from instruction through to completion
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- 2+ years' PQE in Residential Conveyancing (Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer)
- A strong track record of managing freehold and leasehold transactions from start to finish
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills
- A client:focused and solution:driven approach
- The ability to work independently while being a great team player
- A proactive mindset with a passion for personal and professional growth
